Hello, I just bought (see link) an iDot Display from Temu and it connects to a smart phone app which I would assume might be a Bluetooth connection? I am wondering if anybody hasconnected it to arduino. Thanks Bob

If you chop the url down to part id and sku id, you get the pixel screen (and advertising).

Me not. But if BT is the way to connect to it, you could try and tap into it.

I remember only two months ago that Pimoroni was selling something very similar which did come with examples of how use it with an Arduino, but I can't find it now on their site.

I did see this from Pimoroni that looks a bit like the one I remember but maybe not. It is the Pico 2 W Unicorn if you want to look it up. Is this the same as the one out of stock for me?

Just sorted this out the product I say I remember was the Pimoroni Presto. You can search for it on their web site, and get all the details as to how it works.

However, the reason I couldn't find it on the site is that it is not actually available yet, you can only pre order it. It says it should be ready to ship early July, but we are a bit past that by now, so maybe something is delaying the order. Maybe it is the Donald?

I found the EXACT thing I have on amazon now. Here I will try to put the link but I am prone to screwing it up. One thing that is sort of eerie is that the connection with my smart phone never asks to pair bluetooth.
