Can you not see the 'C@s' characters in the IDE window? If not, they may be representing a non-printable character that you can't see but the compiler can. Try deleting the '[' and ']' and everything between, then type [] back in.

Were you supposed to put this line in?
`ArduinoIoTCloud ArduinoCloud;'

Look at the examples for the ArduinoIoTCloud library examples to see how the library works.
