Install agent on iPad Pro M2 processor

Hi there,
Is it possible to install the Agent on an IPad Pro (M2 processor)? I’m trying to upload code via the usb c port, but looks like I need to install the Agent first that Safari is not able to do. Any workaround or suggestions?

Unfortunately I couldn't find anything else.

ArduinoCode (YouTube video above) is an old software, not available anymore.
But... maybe the new Rev.4 wifi Uno would be an easier match, to directly program and upload?

Having an M2 iPad as well, with related magic keyboard, it would be quite a portable configuration...
