Hello,
This is my first time attempting to install the drivers to my Arduino Uno, and it's not working as the Installation Tutorial specified.
What's happening:
An unknown device shows up in "Other Devices" in the Device manager menu, and I'm sure it's the Arduino Uno, it appears only when the Uni is plugged in.
What's not happening:
The driver wont install.
I get a notification saying "Windows was unable to install your unknown device"
The driver is labelled "FTDI USB Drivers" and it's children are positioned the way i downloaded them from this link: http://arduino.cc/en/Main/Software
Am I doing something wrong?
