Interfacing HID Keyboard with arduino

Hey Guys,

We need kind of urgent help :slight_smile: :astonished:

We will basically try to interface the arduino(without a USB shield) with a USB keyboard, trough the serial port.
It's a last minute solution, so we would like to ask if anyone had played(successfully or not) with this "setup".

What do ya think?

AFAIK the USB shield is the only option.

A higher price option is to put a (OLD) PC between them....:wink:

or if you can use a PS2 interface keyboard.. There is a library for that....
