Please don't hijack forum topics @masqiller. I have split your post out to its own topic.

Hijacking is against the Arduino Forum rules. The reason is that it may sidetrack the discussion, even preventing the creator of the topic from getting the assistance they need. It also reduces your own chances of getting assistance.

This is basic forum etiquette, as explained in the "How to get the best out of this forum" guide. It contains a lot of other useful information. Please read it.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

I have deleted your other cross-post @masqiller.

Cross-posting is against the Arduino Forum rules. The reason is that duplicate posts can waste the time of the people trying to help. Someone might spend a lot of time investigating and writing a detailed answer on one topic, without knowing that someone else already did the same in the other topic.

Repeated cross-posting can result in a suspension from the forum.

In the future, please only create one topic for each distinct subject matter. This is basic forum etiquette, as explained in the "How to get the best out of this forum" guide. It contains a lot of other useful information. Please read it.

You are establishing a pattern of irresponsible behavior. Please make a stronger effort to be more respectful of this community of helping and sharing knowledge of all things Arduino.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

If you are uploading a sketch, you press the BOOT button NOT the Reset.
Hand draw a wiring diagram and post a picture of that.

i was not pressing reset during upload , i was just checking if esp32cam was responding or not, thanks ..but my problem got solved when i used 3.3v instead of 5, dont forget to select the same voltage pin ftdi,5v with 5v also works

Ok, usually it's the other way around. Mark your post solved so others can benefit.
