Hello everyone. Today, I bought new IRFZ44N mosfet. I tried this mosfet. They worked. But when I solder this mosfet in 300 celcius degrees, my mosfet always close circuit with source and drain. I connect gate to gnd but still close circuit.
Can I fix it ot use for any circuit?

I didn't solder any wires. Only spread. I connected this mosfet to avometer to try

Both of them, only a bit of soldering wire
It is the drains that you have connected together.
Why have you connected them together like that?
I have four IRFZ44N I try connect to power supplys gnd to middle and they works
And everyone will you help me or question me? I said "I test with avometer they didn't Work but other work"
The MOSFETS you have are N channel.
You have connected the drains together.
You wouldn't normally connect the drain of an N channel MOSFET to GND.
I said I also test with a tester diode tester
Please you Don't think other mosfet. I said my mosfet when I solder in 300 celcius, it broken
You are not supposed to solder the TAB parts together, only the pins.
You can use a screw and nut to hold the MOSFET tabs together.
If you connect them like that, how will you attach a heatsink?
