Is anybody facing log in problem in arduino iot

iam facing arduino iot log in problem. when i enter username and pass page just reloads but not log in

That's disappointing. Can You send us a crystal ball please?

Hi @anon6310011. When you say "arduino iot", do you mean "Arduino IoT Cloud"?:

https://create.arduino.cc/iot/

"IoT" is an acronym for "Internet of things". This is a very general term, so "arduino iot log in problem" is essentially meaningless.

You need to make the effort to be very precise and specific if you want to get fast and effective assistance here on the Arduino forum. Maybe you think you are saving time by writing some quick sloppy vague post, but I guarantee you it is the exact opposite. And since you are also wasting the time of the people you are hoping to get help from, you are likely to get grumpiness in return.

unable to log in, page is just reloading after i put username and password and it reloads and again ask for username and pass

It works fine for me.

As a test, try opening the site in an private browser window. This is an easy way to check whether the problem you're having is caused by cached files or a browser extension.

Try this:

  1. Select File > New Private Window from the Firefox menus.
  2. Open https://create.arduino.cc/

Does that fix the problem? If so, I can suggest some additional measures to allow you to use it from a normal browser window.

I've had this problem as well. Empty you cache, quit your browser, reopen and try. It may still not work because the Arduino IoT Cloud is flakey as hell and has been inaccessible for me probably 20% of the time over the past several weeks.

It's also curious that when you're logged out (after successfully logging in) and reload the page, it pulls previous content from the browser cache and displays it for a few seconds before dumping you back to the sign in page.

Hopefully, you won't be logging in with a mobile device to the site (not via the app) because while the dashboard has an option for a mobile layout, you'll never be able to see that from your phone browser because the site isn't responsive - you'll just get that big gray modal window saying your screen size isn't supported. This is just sad. Three lines in a style sheet to fix, but...

I don't use Arduino IoT Cloud often, but I do log in from time to time when I am providing support to its users here on the forum. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I haven't noticed many outages.

I never use mobile devices, so I'll take your word that it is incompatible. Although I of course see the value in using the dashboard from a mobile device, I can't imagine wanting to do any development work using one, so I wouldn't be too fussed about that defect.

No problem logging in, but...
Lots of problems with stabilitet. Have several Arduino Nano 33 IOT
All have worked a few weeks ago. Now only one is working and updating. One that has not been off line for 2 month.
Nanos are connecting, working, waiting - disconnected and restarting - connecting. A lot of instabilitet.

It seems like the IOT cloud server can't handle the load any more. I have a MAKER PLAN - and it is not working at the moment. And for several weeks.

Maybe your problem is simply overload on the server??
