Dear, there are 3 (or more) Arduino systems:
A - "central unit"
B - water detector
C - gas detector
... other detectors
Each Arduino is installed in other place in a house and is equiped with Bluetooth module (eg. HC06).
Is that possible to link all detectors (satelites) by Bluetooth with the "central unit" to deliver signals from each satelite and to start alarm linked to the central unit?
Any ideas how to do it?
Thank you for any advice!

what BT on the central unit? HC06 is only Slave.. you need a master and a master supporting multiple connexions...
you'd be better off with something that supports a star topology like NRF or low energy BT 4
I guess Google failed for you. See https://www.bluetooth.com/what-is-bluetooth-technology/how-it-works .
Looks like just what you need, if the signal can get to your central unit.
How to do it? Don't know. Good learning experience, I guess.

HC06 are not BTLE... they implement a Bluetooth v2.0+EDR and an SPP profile

I thought about XM-15B as it can work as a Master.
To be honest I have not got much experience with bluetooth yet. How to pair 2 Bluetooth Arduinos together if I cannot input a password?

there are zillions of BT tutorials on line for HC05 and HC06 - just google
