is the SN74HC595N different to the TM74HC595

i have been looking on lcsc at the 74 series of ics and saw the TM74HC595. i am using the SN74HC595N right now but would like to move to the TM74HC595 because it is cheaper so i have 2 questions.

  1. is the SN74HC595N and the TM74HC595the same?

  2. how would i go from using the SN74HC595N to the TM74HC595?

Any help would be nice.

The prefix is merely a manufacturer code.

These parts should be identical (except for the package type). We refer to them simply as "74HC595".
