Is there a possibility of that using closed loop stepper motors and drivers in 3d printer?

If any of my axis have two stepper motors, I will connect them parallel. Is same possible with closed loop steppers, since they have encoders attached?

Connect steppers in parallell? You should not do it electrically. They will not share the current equally and one will get too much current.
Why use 2 closed loop steppers on the same axis? It doessn't make sense.

No you can't parallel the motors, you would need to use one driver per motor and step them together.
