Hi how can I control arduino using Jetson Nano?
Does a Jetson Nano, whatever that is, have external interfaces such as a serial ?

The add was not particularly interesting, a waste of time as was the video. Post a schematic of how you have it wired, not a frizzy picture. Also post links to "Technical information" on all of the hardware items involved. Links to azon and similar sales outlets are useless. Also provide a link to Jetson, the last I looked it was a cartoon.
To answer your question with all the great information given, plut them together, turn them on, and load the code you have written, at that point if you made no mistooks and everything was good it should work.
Using the GPIO, I2C, I2S, SPI, UART on the Jetson, with the GPIO, I2C,SPI, UART on the Arduino. Choose a protocol that suits your application needs.
