'L' build in led not blinking

in my arduino board,'L' built in led not blinking.just blinking tx,rx,on led.even,i cannot connect arduino to my pc.i am so confused.plz help me.......

is it an official UNO R3 or a clone with a CH340 serial to USB ? which OS on your PC ?

i don't know exactly.but,in the backside of the board,there is written that made by italy.i am using this board for 6 month.i faced no prb during this time.the board is doing well that time

did you change anything? Did you damage the board in some way? (short circuit?)

Could you describe more like when you connect your device does that power on and does the device port is shown in arduino ide or you having problem with uploading the code

today,i power the arduino with 9v battery to the gnd and 5v pin.after pressing the reset button,i am facing this prb

you mean vin or 5 v
if you connect the 5v pin i don't what to say the pin is only to take 5v output to external components like sensor or other components not to give power in for that you have to use vin pin

You should have power using vin and gnd. 5v pin is not for providing power to the device
