Latch circuit not powering arduino properly

Hey,

I'm trying to create an SR latch to power an arduino using a 12v power supply. The SR latch works perfect when I only power an LED. However when I try power the arduino like in the schematic it pulses on and off then doesn't turn off when I hit the reset button.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Try lowering the 100k base resistors.
