lcd display jhd162a is showing random characters while an AC motor connected to

i am using arduino,an 3phase AC motor with a relay and contactor ,a stepper motor and jhd162a lcd display for my papper cutter project

the display works fine if the AC motor is not connected to the load, but when the AC motor is connected to the relay out the display starts to show random weird characters

i am using liquidcrystal.h library

please help me to solve this problem.

No schematic, no information about powering the Arduino and relay, cable length and cable positions.
