Library does not update

I received the familiar notification that updates were available. But for the particular library in my screenshot whether I use Update, or select version 1.1.4 and click Install, version 1.1.3 remains installed.

The others installed the latest version as expected.

Got this message after dragging or using the Upload icon: "Sorry, there was an error uploading that file. Please try again." So here's a link:

I suggest you quit the IDE, manually go and delete the infringing library from the shared library folder, launch the IDE and install again the latest version.
