Logic level MOSFET modules?

Looking to use a decent MOSFET with RDS(on) at 4.5V VGS (e.g. IRLB8721) to allow PWM dimming of a strip of 5x Cree XB-D Power LEDs using a 650mA constant current driver.

Are there any modules available with a suitable MOSFET? I see a few using the IRF520 but that isn't a logic level MOSFET, so not really that well suited to the Arduino.

Module with logic level MOSFET is hard to find.

Here I have free files to a board with 5 IRLZ44N.

Odd that there are 10V modules being advertised for Arduino usage, but no logic level MOSFET modules...
