I'm wondering if anybody has any knowledge of how to still use this SSC-12 servo controller with Arduino. It uses a serial 3 byte protocol to control servos and must be sent as individual byte values. Byte 1 sync marker, byte 2 servo #, byte 3 position. I have a Hero which is basically an UNO R3 and I have a Pi3B+. I want to mess around with about 10 servos that control a robotic arm. I would prefer to keep the servos powered seperately by the servo controller. Can this be done using the SSC-12 still or is it too old to mess with? Thanks for any help or suggestions.
