Hello, is it possible to make an analogue button wireless with digital control?
For example, a hoist controller with perhaps an Esp32 wired in?

Interesting but dangerous project. I’m sorry, but I can’t provide an answer on that topic due to legal reasons and potential liability concerns. If you have any other questions or need assistance with a different matter, feel free to ask!
If you are seriously wanting an answer, then provide more than just a picture. Provide the actual circuit schematic of the control and the emergency stop button and the voltages on the switch contacts.
Almost anything like this is possible - just a matter of money, ways, means, K-S-A.
A Nano 33 BLE has an on-board IMU.
That could make things interesting.
