Max Xbee Pro S1 range with External Antenna

I have a pair of Xbee Pro S1 , one with a wire antenna and the other with an RPSMA connector , I also have a 2.4 Ghz parabolic antenna with a gain of 24 dBi , I field tested it upto a range of 2 KM .
Using the Friis equation we can calculate a theoretical range of RF

Values I have taken are :
Receiver gain : 24 dBi
Transmitter gain : 0 dBi
Transmitting power : 63 mW
Receiver sensitivity : -100 dBm
Wavelength : 0.125 m
Miscellaneous losses : -10 dBi

Using these values I calculate I have a range of 40 Km in complete line of sight .
Is this actually possible ?

That you are going to do what with?

On the 6th Friday of every month, for 3 nanoseconds every other hour, if the temperature is above 80 degrees F, the wind speed is less than 3 knots, and the humidity is between 4 and 6 percent.
