MCUFRIEND_KBV White Screen with ESP32 Development Board

Hello,
I have a ESP32 Wroom development board and a 2.8 inch TFT LCD Shield which uses the mcufriend wiring style and the shield only displays a blank white screen. Is there a way I can modify the "mcufriend_special.h" library to set the associated pinouts with my current tft shield? I purchased my ESP32 Development Board from the link below, and this is the pinouts for my Tft lcd display shield:
