I don't know your physical embodiment but is it possible to attach a regular NTC to your coil?

Consider a P Channel MosFet.

Benefits:

  • Coil is at ground so your measurement will not be effected by the MosFet voltage drop.
  • Using the 1.1 internal reference you will get better resolution for low voltage measurements. (still not sure this will be enough).
