Measuring Noisy Signals Using CHANGE Interrupt Mode

This demonstrates taking accurate measurements of a noisy signal when using CHANGE interrupt mode. Might come in handy for tachometer / speedometer, flowmeters, etc.

Signal D1 is connected to pin 2 on an Arduino Nano.

With the chips used in this Wokwi simulation, you can re-create most any problematic signal, view it on the Scope and check the measured results on the print monitor. Your preferred control settings can be saved in diagram.json.
