Hello there 
i have a roulette wheel (Picture attached) at home and my idea is to create a arduino Project with sensors that are able to measure the wheel spin, direction and Position where the ball is landed.
Any Ideas what sensors i can use and links of how to assemble would be very helpfull.

Are you looking to build something that is cheaper, or is a just a learning experience?
learning experience. like to improve the boring standalone wheel a bit 
Commercial Systems are maybe too expensive in my case...
what Systems you talk about? maybe i can learn from that?
