MKR1000 Error starting CSR generation!

Hi everybody !

Hope i'll find help here cause i'm really stuck ^^

I have a MKR1000 up-to-date, i udapted the firmware trough the wifi101 firmware updater
i used the sketch example of : ECCX08CSR

i locked my device during the first launch of this sketch, but when i want to generate the CSR, i have an error : Error starting CSR generation!

Any idea to troubleshoot this ?
