Anyone know if there's a momentary (ie push) button dip?
A sort of hybrid of the two pics below: 4-8 of "A" stuck together in a "B".....
Never seen one.
You would have to use a stylus.
Make your millions and patent it 
They could be 2 bays wide: 4 buttons in an dil-8 length, would be very handy.

Maybe some very small microswitches, like those used in a mouse, would work?
Maybe mount a bunch of these side by side on the board?
