Monitor lipo battery cells voltage in series cells

I would like to monitor lipo battery cells voltage connected in series in real time.

And what would be the purpose of doing this?

Is to know which cell is degrading and the rate at which it's being degrade.

Ok, good reason. Now, how will you be told about this information? And what will your action be when you notice a problem?

The easiest way is to just tap off each cell and use a common ground .

So with a 3 cell pack the top would be about 12v, the second 8, first 4v

With the analog input durable scaled , and using the internal reference the voltage resolution would be 12/1024 , which is around 12mV , should be sufficient to check the balance ??
