Hallo.
This is not a real Arduino question: o rather mechanical but maybe someone can help.
I am currently building a sound object where my windshield wiper motor slowly winds up a rope. There is something heavy on the rope (approx. 10kg). Till here its all fine.
Now I want that when the engine stops, the rope unwinds quickly by itself (due to the weight).
Does anyone know a coil, or something else that I can build in to have the rope unwinding quickly?
I'm working with motpr shield but changing the direction of the engine is not an option as the rpm is too slow for rope to unwind fast.
