The name if motherboard
This is some kind of commercial board based on ESP32 controller.
This is not an Arduino.
What does the name of the board tell you?
Where did you get this board? Perhaps this is part of some device?

Welcome to the forum..
kind of looks like an Astra from rocket controller..
but I don't think so as they all seem to have 4 relays..
the one pictured looks hand built or it's been butchered..
you can see the esp32, the astra's are esp32 based too..
got the top or writing on the bottom??
