Nano clone not recognized when I plug it into my windows 10 USB

Hello,
I am having trouble with my Arduino nano clone. When I plug it into my USB port my pc running windows 10 does not see it. I have searched online for cures to this problem but have not been very successful. The Nano that I have bought do not have any markings on the rectangular chip on the bottom which I have been led to believe is the USB chip. I have tried a couple of different cables and a different nano (another clone) with the same results. When I plug the nano into my USB port the POW LED lights up and the L LED flashes. When I try to download the blink code into it I get:
"Problem uploading to board. See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.". I have the nano as the board type, I think the problem is that I don't have a driver so my nano can be recognized by my pc and everything that I have found on the web has not helped. I hope I have provided enough info.

Thank you for any help
David

Septillion,
Thank you for the link. I ran across that site while I was trying to figure it out myself however my Chinese is non existent. When I download the driver and unpack it then run it a window opens with what looks like info for setting up a com port I can tell by the settings of 4800,8,none,1 ect. but the rest is in Chinese like the buttons that I push and other settings. I need help on how to fill out the form and which button to select.
