Need a sensor with ~3.5° FoV to detect an 8 mm spot at 13 cm, or 8mm spot at 6cm if impossible — any Arduino-compatible options?

I need a distance sensor that can measure from ~1 cm to 13 cm, but only cover about 8 mm (1×1 LEGO stud) at 13 cm. That works out to ~3.5° FoV. Does anyone know of Arduino-compatible sensors with such a narrow beam?

If it is impossible, maybe I go with 6 cm standoff. That works out to ~7.6° FOV. Any suggestions for a ToF/IR distance sensor that has ≤8° FOV?
