Need help 30A Relay Module with arduino

I need to use 30A Relay Module with arduino. Please help me for 5V 30A 1-Channel Relay Module Eagle/fritzing schematic with components list.

According to the datasheet the relay coil draws 185 mA nominally. This is too much current for the Arduino to drive it directly. It's probably best to drive this coil trough a transistor or relay that is able to be driven by the pin of the Arduino.

I have units similar and they have a transistor (that black 3 leaded thing) that actually powers the coil. It also has an opto coupler. The 185 mA is real, it will draw that through the DC+ and DC- pins, making it a large load for the arduino on board power supply but no problem with the output of the ports driving it. This response is to help you get started in solving your problem, not solve it for you.
Good Luck & Have Fun!

Thank you gilshultz. please mention component details of transistor and optocoupler.
