I am trying to make an arduino based Brackish RO controller and i would require a lot of help from technical people in doing so. Please let me know how and where to start.
I need to make it with an HMI so that i can read and monitor Pressure, TDS and Running hours of the unit.

Might be an idea to assume that the forum does not understand what you mean by RO, TDS and HMI.

Get an Arduino and learn how to read a pushbutton, blink an LED, read a voltage, etc.
Plenty of tutorials with the free Arduino software, and on line.
This may help for TDS.
