Newb help with wiring arduino and a SMD led

I have arduino nano and a led FM-B2020RGBA-HG
I studied a bit online but when im trying to make real life im hesiating
Im stuck on how to wire these 2 components ( i upload an image )
and what resistor i use for the pins and why

Here is how to calculate the resistor values. LED Current Limiting Resistors - SparkFun Electronics

Just calculate for 20mA and round the resistor value to the closest common resistor value.

I was about to post you have a common anode LED so the anode goes to +5 and the cathodes go to outputs. In this case writing a HIGH to the output turns the LED off and a LOW turns it on.

Larryd's diagram is a good illustration.
