newbie question regarding upploading problems to Arduino Nano V3.1 using mBlock

I am new to arduino , built a block, connection succeeded to Nano V3.1 board via COM5 usb adapter, but whe I donwload I get errors, please attached pictures. any clues what can be wrong ?

mblock is NOT an arduino project, so you may need to get support from the mblock site.
