No device found on port number and Arduino blinking

I have configured P1AM-100 device in Arduino (installed board etc.).

When I connect P1AM-100 device with Arduino, these components (as shown in the image) are flashing.

When I try to upload a hello world example, it say "No device found on port number" (see the image below)

Any suggestion how can I fix this issue? Any thoughts or suggestions appreciate?

set the com port in Tools menu

Follow the for guidelines on posting information from the IDE. Taking a picture makes it almost impossible for most of us to read.
