I'm trying out the new push notifications in the IoT App. The messages arrive ok, but I can't make the App trigger a sound despite having sound enabled in the settings page.
Has anybody else encountered this and have a sneaky fix?
It's an iPhone 11 running iOS version 17.1.2.
Also tried in on OH's iPhone 11 Pro with same iOS version. Same result.

I just tried it on an iPad running 16.7.2. I get the notifications ok, but no sound.
Is there anyone out there able to get a sound notification? I'd like to know whether it is just me.
I've failed to get any traction on this issue.
Would one of the development team kindly comment as to whether a problem exists in the latest App running under iOS, please.

No sounds here either I have the iphone 13 - when I drill down on the screen that you had posted, under "announce notifications", it states
"IoT Remote" does not classify any of its notifications as Time Sensitive or direct messages.
Perhaps that is the issue.
