Oled display sh1106

I changed the code from the guy, where he changed the code little bit but I still got error. Here it is:

Hello. I found one code that works on uno board in arduino. The problem is that I have a nano board.
The second problem is that the display is a used ssd 1306 and I have a display sh1106.
Is there any way to modify this code to make it work under my conditions?

This i s not a problem, because Arduino Uno and Nano boards uses the same microcontroller and, therefore, are compatible with software each other.

so, only problem is these library for displays, right? In code is ssd1306 display. but I need sh1106 display.

If you sure on the code...
I see some weirdness in the program, so I doubt how it works...

Hey, guys. I want to give you some advice. I'm a beginner and would like to try out my newly bought stuff. I'm thinking of a sh1106 display and an arduino nano board. Could you recommend me some nice code where the display could create different animations and stuff? I'll be very happy for any code and would love to try it out.

You'll probably have to write the code yourself. And, usually it's easier to write your own code than to understand & modify somebody else's. (I didn't say easy... I said easier. :wink: )

I don't know anything about the display but some quick searching found that Adafruit has an Arduino library for it, which should simplify your coding.

Just as a general comment, it will take quite a bit of memory to store image "frames" so if you can generate the image(s) in software (moving or turning pixels on & off in a loop, etc.) you should be able to "do more" but that depends on what you're trying to do.
