Im currently working on a new Arduino project which has an OLED display and using the u8glib. I needed some custom bitmaps for the project and I was sick of creating bitmaps/hexmaps by hand so I created this little software:
Generate the code/hexmap-arrays:
Save to file, import and enjoy 
Maybe its usefull for somebody else too!
