just a suggestion:
since this does not exist, ( at least I cant find any)
I would love to see a Arduino board with onboard Oled display and a few buttons.
also I would love a arduino board with onboard RTC and coin battery to keep the RTC going with above features also.
The problem is that as boards get more features they get more expensive, have a specialist audience and do not sell. You would be better off creating your own PCB with the features that you want and plugging in the Arduino (or other) board

Check out the MKR IoT Carrier:
Not a coin cell, but the MKR IoT Carrier does have an integrated 18650 battery holder. The MKR form factor boards that plug into the MKR IoT Carrier have an internal RTC.
The Arduino Edge Control does have a coin cell holder for the RTC:
the closest I can find today is the Microview ( no buttons) or the TTGO T-display. (not arduino), both no RTC.
