Hello, in July of this year I managed to connect OPTA to the Factory.IO software to manage a production line via USB-C Serial.
I am currently trying to connect the OPTA to this software via Modbus TCP/IP but without success, several errors appear and I believe that the settings I managed to find are not 100% compatible with the OPTA.
So I would like to know if anyone could help me with this if they have already done something similar?

Unfortunately this is not an answer to your question but I've been trying to connect the opta with factory io without ANY success ! Would you mind sharing the process of how you connected them through USB serial? Thanks in advance!
