P10 Panel only working when pressing on the uC of the Arduino Mega 2560

Hallo there, it is my first post in that forum so please dont hate me when i dont follow all rules in that forum.

I got a problem with my P10 Panel (I am using the VMA419 from conrad)

It is working fine with the Arduino Uno and when I tried to install it on an Arduino Mega 2560 (because i need more Pins for other devices) nothing worked at all, i searched about every forum i found and i got no clue what was working wrong.

Thankfully i got it as far as it should do what it should do with some luck.

BECAUSE THE PROBLEM:
When I turn it on, it works when i press my finger on the corner of the uC of the Arduino (also when my finger is not excactly on the corner)
If i dont press my finger on the uC it work like in the other picture

Could it be possible, that i got a damaged Arduino? Did someone has the same problem as me before?

I tested another Arduino Mega and the same problem appears.

maybe someone had the same problem.

I am assuming the Arduino works OK and none of the pins are blown. What I am seeing is possibly a combination of several things. First be sure all the grounds are connected. Second it could be a loose connection, third your 5V supply is a bit anemic. Others have had similar problems, check the Velman web site. This response is to help you get started in solving your problem, not solve it for you.
Good Luck & Have Fun!
