PAID - How to Hire a ESP32 BLE developer with FLUTTER experience

Hi

I need to hire a developer OR have advice on how to hire a developer to make a small test project in which:

an esp32 transmits a stream of data (some bytes like 20k) in bidirectional way from/to a phone. The phone sends the data to the esp32 who process the data in some way and returns another bunch on data to the phone.

The reference language is c possibly without Arduino IDE for esp32 device and Flutter for the phone.

The phone could be an android or iPhone or windows device, then I prefer use flutter or Maui.

The way in which the information would be transmitted is using BLE. Then the data need to be splitted in many pieces.

The communication does not need to be encrypted, the phone drops the data to the esp32 and the esp32 drops the data to the phone.

If something occasionally goes wrong nothing happen because the data integrity check is already embedded in the data themselves

The person who I look need to speak English and must follow the specifications that could be written and also talked to clarify the points that are not clear.

The project needs to be a collaborative work not a self-only project. At the end I need to have the source and be able to implements the project by myself and understand any details.

I'll pay the person in BTC rather than cash/wire. The payment can be splitted in multiple transactions in order to pay the work step by steps. For example: I can pay the part of communication through BLE between esp32 and phone without implements the transmission of a stream of data.

I’m not an expert of how much a person could earn for such task then I wait for some offers (example I ll do the entire project for 1000 2000 3000 usd or EU) and after I decide.

Before you proof that the features work (by videos etc...), after I pay and later you give me the code and the exclusive rights of use and modify it.

Any advice on how to hire ppl or if there are someone who want to do this project or are simply interested, please write here IN THE POST or contact me by private message. Don't be shy and feel free to ask me ANY questions and if you want candidates send me your skills and ask what your economical expectations are.

I don’t have a concept catalogue of my product. My task is super simple to describe. I need an application on a phone who communicates with an esp 32

The phone send some data (eg random binary data) size of 20k to the esp32 using BLE

The esp32 stores the data for a while interrupting a -possible- BLE connection if it is needed

after some time (random) the esp32 connects again to the phone

After send back to the phone the random data previously read.

The phone then compare the sent data with the received data and the data should be the same.

If there are errors and the data were not correctly transferred the data comparison returns a negative message.

Just that.

Sorry, I don't get it. Is this the application a state secret? Why don't you just describe exactly what you have and what you want?

I tried to explain how the application works above maybe I miss what this application does in a short description

the system consists in a solution for wireless data transmission between a smartphone and an ESP32 microcontroller
using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). It is designed to test the reliability of data transmission and reception over BLE in some specific conditions.

You say: "I want to use BTLE, give me an offer". You do not say what he app on the phone should do/be like/has to do or what the program on the ESP32 has to do or if that's already existing etc. The range of possibilities incudes "I have nothing, not even an idea" to "I have a program for ESP32 and a flutter app. both need to connected by BTLE. It has these constraints A B C- You job is to make that happen".
