Hi, I'm still pretty new to the subject I have a Pca 9685 and six servos connected which are supplied with 15 AMP, Unfortunately I did not know that the mosfett on the PCA does not withstand this I have now found a YouTube video where this is described in more detail

The mosfet did that anyway under normal conditions.
Most cheap clone boards don't have a mosfet at all, just a straight connection,
which is better if you never make the mistake of reversing the servo supply.
