I made this UV box out an old metal file box, a bathroom fan timer and 440 UV LED's. I found the box on Craigslist for $5. The PCB is sandwiched in a picture frame and placed in the drawer. There's a safety that if the top lid is opened it kills power to the LED's. So far it's worked great for exposing several boards that I've made.
