PCB Stripboard and Socket For Arduino Nano

Hi;

I am planning on building one of these using an Arduino Nano AT MEGA 328 v3.0.
What socket or single strip sockets do I need to get for putting this on stripboard?

Apart from external diameter are the holes in stripboards the same across different brands / suppliers?

The solder breadboard used in the video linked above is 27 x 18 hole but all the solderboard seems to be too big or too small so not sure which to get?

Any help would be great.

I like using socket strips I get from here

Generic 0.1" pin header works pretty well in my experience. You can also use "machined pin header" - it's not as tall, but the pins are much easier to bend. I get the generic versions of both from ebay (you kinda get ripped off buying it from reputable vendors).

I also have tiny little pieces of prototyping board with varying useful layouts, SMD outlines, and more: They're all in my tindie store - sorry for the self-promotion.
