Can anyone help with if unit can be repaired.
I have a Picoscope 3224 pc based oscilloscope which has started to read 2v when attched to 12v.

Does the probe have a x10 or x5 setting on it?
It has 1x and 10x.
I have check it in both setting. Tried 4 different probes and get the same results
i would delete the software and reinstall it again or an upgrade if available if it is dual channel read voltage on the other channel
