How many analogue pins are you planning to use ?
I have a Canaduino 328 plc v2. At the moment its hard to understand which analog pins would actually need the voltage scaled. But the best out come its best to level shift all of them and perhaps add some protection in case a voltage spike comes through. Perhaps with snubbers. The logic level shifters that have the one microchip seem to be the best option. Having the board in hand and a nano 33 iot on hand to add that smart home automation capability seem like the best option. As the nano has the option to solder two pads to get 5v activated at one point. Guessing if anything to throw away the notion of using the relays on the plc board and just supplying 3.3v. Only issue is the board needs a higher voltage to be begin operation safely.
went bac to the nano v3..
Check there data sheet, many will run without a problem at 3V3. Without an annotated schematic etc I cannot give you a better answer.
