You only need a TP4056 if you want to CHARGE the batteries, but now you need 2 if you have 2 cells in series. I would make the batteries removable (lot's of battery holders for this) and do the charging off line, that makes your circuit simpler.
So should I use the BMS that came with the laptop. I have this one:-
Laplife Bps26 Battery
Or should I use this:-
2S 2 strings 8.4V lithium battery protection board
No, it is designed for only one cell.
Please try to understand. TP4056 is designed to charge, and prevent over-charging of, a single li-ion cell. It does not protect against over-discharge. Some modules that contain a TP4056 chip also contain a chip(s) that prevents over-discharging a single cell. Other TP4056 modules do not.
For 2 or more cells in series you need a board that is designed for that number of cells. It will have terminals for the each end of the group of cells, plus terminals for the points between each cell, so that it can individually monitor each cell. It must protect against over-discharging. It may also control charging and protect against over-charging. But if you plan to remove the cells for charging then you don't need your protection board to have the charging features.
Buy protected batteries and a charger.
Do otherwise at your own risk.
Can you read? Even if you don't have LiPoFE4, the fact that they have all these exceptions tells me this manufacturer is shady, and I would not buy from them.
I see on the latest diagram you got rid of the unneeded TP4056, and the MT3608 in favour of an LM2596. You are on the right track.
However, how long will that battery last when driving servos and a DFPLAYER as well as the board? I would at least have a separate supply for the servos, and possibly the DFPLAYER, but I am unfamiliar with that board, so I don't know for sure.
Now that we have at least made you relatively safe, I will mute this thread as I do not like the attitude. Good luck.
I understand you are just a beginner.
