I live far away from the dealer. Shipping is expensive, only by mail. 50% of the Arduino. 4 postal delivery cost as 2 Arduino.
Who is the distributor you got the arduinos from?

Does it work? Will it fit your project? If yes and yes, ignore.
If yes and no, I would try to gently bend to align, it looks like 1-2mm misalignment.
If no / na, I would get my money back or replace by vendor with shipping paid by vendor.

and (link to product violating numerous trademarks and laws removed).
